The Chant Tower is a thirty story mixed-use tower planned to be built at the SW corner of Jefferson & I-25 in Albuquerque. The Chant Tower is proposed to be taller than the 351-foot Albuquerque Plaza Office Tower. If built, it will become the second tallest building in the state of New Mexico after The Residences at Packard Place slated for completion in 2010. This building will include a hotel, office space, and a limited amount of retail space.[1] The Chant Tower is proposed at the southern end of the Jefferson corridor, an area where there are currently no buildings taller than six stories. This building is expected to be completed by 2010.
